Because this is packaged edible food, opened/tampered packs are not returnable except where required by law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using darlingsformeat.com (the “Platform”), and/or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

3. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate name, phone, email, and delivery address.
Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Do not misuse the Platform for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

4. Product information

We aim to display accurate product information (ingredients, nutrition, pricing, packaging). Images are for representation and may vary slightly due to lighting, printing, or batch updates. Product improvements or regulatory updates may change product details over time; updated details apply to future orders.

5. Pricing, taxes & billing

All prices are listed in INR. Applicable taxes (including GST where relevant) may be included or shown at checkout depending on configuration. In case of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel/refund the affected order or contact you for confirmation.

6. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only after it is dispatched and/or you receive a dispatch confirmation.

We may cancel orders due to stock issues, address non-serviceability, payment failures, suspected fraud, or compliance requirements. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a refund will be processed as per the Return/Refund Policy.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card or banking credentials on our servers.

8. Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines and delivery terms are governed by the Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to you upon successful delivery to your provided address.

9. Food safety & returns limitation

Darlings sells packaged edible items. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened, partially used, or tampered products are not returnable. Returns are accepted only in limited, verified cases (damage/defect/wrong item) as per our Return/Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, and content on the Platform belong to Netri enterprise / Darlings (or are licensed). You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.

11. Prohibited use

Attempt unauthorised access, hacking, scraping, or reverse engineering.
Upload malware, spam, or malicious code.
Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Courts at Eluru, Andhra Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
