Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
Returns/refunds are accepted only for verified wrong item, transit damage, or defect/spoilage on arrival.
Opened or tampered packs are not eligible due to food safety.

1. Cancellation policy

You may request cancellation only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.

To request cancellation, email harsha@darlingsformeat.com or call/WhatsApp +91 8367475767 with your order ID as soon as possible.

2. Return / refund eligibility

We accept return/refund requests only if:

Wrong item delivered, or
Damaged in transit (sealed pack impacted), or
Manufacturing defect/spoilage on arrival (sealed product evidence required).

3. Not eligible

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Opened/tampered packs or partially consumed products
Taste preference or “didn’t like it”
Minor box dents that do not impact the sealed product
Delivery delays caused by courier/network issues (we will help track, but refunds are not automatic)

4. Reporting window & proof required

You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing harsha@darlingsformeat.com with:

Order ID
Photos of outer package and sealed product
Short video/unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

5. Resolution method

After verification, we may offer:

Replacement (preferred, subject to availability), or
Refund to the original payment method (prepaid), or
Store credit/coupon (only with your consent).

6. Refund and Return timelines

If approved, refunds and returns are initiated within 3-7 business days. It may take an additional 2-10 business days to reflect, depending on bank/payment method.

7. COD orders

For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed via UPI/bank transfer after you share details.
